section of our on-line ashram.

What happens from here?

The Way of Mastery Admin team will approve your registration and access to the forums within 48 hours of payment notification being received from PayPal. You will receive an email to advise that this has been completed, along with some information that may be helpful for first time users of the forums.

When you log in to the on-line ashram you will be able to see both the "Living Enlightenment Journey" (LEJ) and "General on-line ashram" forums. LEJ forum is the location to access all of the 'teachings' listed below.

Please note that your paid subscription falls in line with each calendar month, therefore begins on the 1st and ends on the last date of that calendar month, regardless of the actual date of your enrolment. For example: Those who have selected 12 months your subscription will expire on the 31st January 2012. If you subscribed monthly will recevie a 'request funds' through PayPal before the end of this month.

What will I receive? 

Each of the items below will be received within your subscription and are referred to in this agreement as "THE TEACHINGS".

1. Every Wednesday you will receive access to a "video darshan" with Jayem.

2. Every Friday you will receive access to a written post, "reflections from Jayem" relating to the weekly darshan.

3. On the 1st Sunday of every month you will receive access to "The New 'Letters' of Jeshua".

4. On the 3rd Sunday in the month you will receive access to an "article from Jayem".

5. A "Live webcast with Jayem" will be offered on the Last Sunday of every month.

6. A "private community forum" will be made available for all enrolled in the Living Enlightenment Journey.

7. Access to everything offered in Level 3 - the Free General On-line Ashram.

8. Periodically, with no set schedule, we will make available via the forum other "audio downloads" and/or other "articles from Jayem".

Things that are important to know?

1. NONE OF THE ITEMS LISTED IN "THE TEACHINGS" ARE MAILED OR EMAILED DIRECTLY to you, you will receive email notification to advise that each item has been posted to the forum.

2. All items in "THE TEACHINGS" are accessed at Way of Mastery website using your personal access code (created when you register with Way of Mastery On-line Ashram forum), except for the 'Live webcast with Jayem'. Invitation to the live webcast will be received via email and posted to the forum with a link to the 3rd party website where this event will be held.

3. As this is an On-line ashram having some computer and internet experience is helpful, but being open to learning new things is much more important! The Way of Mastery Administration Team (referred to as "WOM ADMIN" which includes Jayem, Way of Mastery Administration and the On-Line Ashram Administrator) provide a help manual and help forum for anyone who is experiencing difficulties.

However, please note though that "WOM ADMIN" take no responsibility for malfunctioning computer equipment, programs or internet connections used by On-Line Ashram Participants (referred to as "OLA Participants"). While we take great care in attempting to ensure a standard on-line ashram environment and access for all participants, we also suggest that computer assistance be at hand for all participants if they experience difficulties beyond their expertise to solve. Ultimately, we cannot be responsible for Participants computer literacy and skills, or for technical problems experienced by "OLA Participants".

4. The billing and subscription cycle, regardless of the date that you enrolled, will operate based on the calendar month starting from the 1st of each month through until the last date of the month.

5. You will have access to each item within "THE TEACHINGS" for a maximum 2 month in duration (described in more detail below) or until your subscription expiration date, therefore it is your responsibility to download the items to your own computer in order to build and retain your own library. "WOM ADMIN" takes no responsibility for providing "THE TEACHINGS" to any participant who has not downloaded them while they are are available publicly on the website.

6. "THE TEACHINGS" will be made available on the days as described above. There is no set number of materials received within each month. For example, if a month includes 5 Wednesday's then there will 5 darshans available, if a month includes 4 Wednesday's then there will be 4 darshans available that month.

7. The 'live webcast with Jayem,' is a live experience, as such it is your responsibility to make yourself available at the scheduled time to attend the event. If unable to attend the live event, the recording will be made available after the event. The scheduled time may vary from month to month; you will receive notification of the time for this event 2 weeks before. While WOM ADMIN will make all endeavors to select 'reasonable' times for all time zones enrolled, we take no responsibility if the live event does not suit your schedule.

8. Your access to "THE TEACHINGS" will be removed when your subscription expires; if you do not want to have your access interrupted please ensure that you update your subscription before the expiration date. An email will be sent one week before your subscription end date as a reminder. However, "WOM ADMIN" takes no responsibility for interruptions caused due to your subscription expiring. And WOM ADMIN takes no responsibility for providing "THE TEACHINGS" to any participant who has not downloaded them before their subscription expiration date.

9. "OLA Participants" agree that access to "THE TEACHINGS", using their access codes, is intended for their personal use only, and that all materials are copyright to Heartfelt Publishing PMA, and not available for resale in any form.

10. In the event that "WOM ADMIN" finds it necessary to delay an item from "THE TEACHINGS", whether before the start date or during proceedings, due to acts of God, disruption to computer equipment or systems, or decisions made in the best interests of one or all concerned "WOM ADMIN" may not be held liable. Delay in receiving items from "THE TEACHINGS" will not considered as suitable grounds for refund, however, if necessary your subscription will be extended to ensure you receive your rightful access to the materials purchased.

11. We suggest that you select your subscription duration carefully as no refund will be provided to participants who cancel prior to their subscription end date.

An additional note on how

the forum will operate:

The 'On-line Ashram' Forum will operate differently to all other courses previously offered through Way of Mastery.  There will be what we are referring to as a 'rolling window of access' to "THE TEACHINGS" and subsequent conversations amongst participants. An example for you;

On the 1st February you will be able to see the 'February' forum, all of "THE TEACHINGS" will be posted here following the above schedule, and this is the location where you will be posting comments and conducting discussions with other participants.

On the 1st March, the March forum will become visible, at this time you will see both February and March forum locations and "THE TEACHINGS".

Then on the 1st April the April forum will become visible, at this time you will see both March and April. However, on 1st April the 'February' forum will be removed from public view.

As indicated above (5) it will be each participant's responsibility to download and save "THE TEACHINGS" in order to form your own library and have them available to refer back to. The on-line ashram has been specifically designed as a live experience, and as such all of "THE TEACHINGS" and all conversations 2 months or older will be removed from public view.
