More on the Blue Book

Although the extraordinary story of how what you may know as the Blue Book - as well as the Shanti Christo Foundation itself - came into being was later stricken from the website of the Shanti Christo Foundation, the Christ Mind Trilogy – comprised of the three original separate audio sets entitled by Jeshua as:

The Way of the Heart

The Way of Transformation

The Way of Knowing

had their origin in the original vision for this PathWay given by Jeshua to Jayem, in the late 1980’s.

In an extraordinary example of divine guidance and miracles, Jayem was taken out of his body and shown land in what later was discovered to be New Mexico, USA.  It began on a summer day at his home on Whidbey Island, Washington...

I am laying in the rare, warm summer sun when i feel His presence, and words reverberate through my body...

That night, and for several nights in succession, i am lifted from my body and taken over a land, rich in reds and oranges, and hills and plains, a place unfamiliar to me.

Before long, my partner and I find ourselves in a motorhome scouring the US southwest, looking for the land of this vision...

We are led directly to it, northwest of Santa Fe... excitedly, I leap from the vehicle. There are the same cliffs, the same hills. The vision was real!!!  I run onto the land, toward the enchanting canyon beckoning me, when suddenly...wham!!! I am stopped in my tracks by what feels like a wind on this windless day striking my chest.

Immediately, there are three very tall light beings, yet clearly Indian. I can see them, yet see through them. Collectively, I hear and feel them say, “Welcome”...

There is much more to this breathtaking and miraculous encounter Jeshua master-minded. Jayem moved to Santa Fe and established the Shanti Christo Foundation to fulfill a clear vision of Jeshua: 

• the development of the PathWay
• the development of a retreat center on the 600 acres called Temple Canyon Sanctuary.

At that time, Jayem had no idea whatsoever what the PathWay would one day be, for he was simply devoted in surrender and trust. In 1994, Jeshua asked Jayem to begin recording Lessons from Him. He was told this would be monthly, and no more!

And so the first lesson of what Jeshua later named The Way of the Heart, began!

No information was given Jayem; he, and the several hundred who received the audio tapes by mail, experienced the unfolding of the Christ Mind Trilogy, the famous “Way of” Lessons...

Under Jeshua’s guidance Jayem left the active Board of Directors of the Foundation in the late 1990’s, never dreaming what would happen to these precious Lessons, and just how much was to unfold before the PathWay was completed!

The current “Blue Book” known as The Way of Mastery, was never authorized by Jayem, who is its source and holder of US copyright of the original audio tapes. Although he informed the few people on the Board that it was to be named the Christ Mind Trilogy and – if published – to be done so as three separate volumes, his voice was rejected.

The “Blue Book” began as an edited draft for presentation via an agent to publishers. There was no agreement from Jayem that the books be published as one volume under the title Way of Mastery. It was published with no knowledge on his part by others who, sadly, chose to violate simple agreements and to avoid and reject communication with him.

Sadly, too, the edited version leaves out the remarkable questions and answers that were part of the original audios. And there are very glaring editing errors in the text that actually undermine Jeshua’s pure teachings. It fails to offer purchasers a true history of its existence, and – most importantly – its proper place in the larger context of Jeshua’s vision.

Fortunately, the three original volumes were published by Jayem in Australia. He maintains copyright of the original audios.

Sadly, a few people acting on their own – and probably with understandable zeal to share these teachings - actually effected a bifurcation of Jeshua’s original vision: texts and pathway were meant to be one.

Equally unfortunate, all attempts to communicate with the Board of Shanti Christo Foundation have been repeatedly rejected.

It is our intention to restore Jeshua’s vision by publishing soon the original texts as three separate books..

Jayem asks us all to “look past” the choices of a few others to the greater vision, and simply move in its direction, as the PathWay fulfils itself.

And, unauthorized or not, the Blue Book has helped some of Jeshua’s Way of Mastery materials to reach others. 

It is my sincere and patient prayer that the Board of Directors of the Shanti Christo Foundation will come to see the error of its ways and simply choose to return to its original purpose. But the Foundation is only an instrument. The Vision for the PathWay of the Way of Mastery – in all its breadth and depth – is clearly alive and well! The Atonement transcends any organization or opinions, and what is historically true about all this remains simply, true.
