All genuine spiritual pathways hold the breath as central to the evolution of consciousness, effecting psychological integration, emotional healing, and opening centers of intuition and higher faculties of awareness.  

Jeshua refers to breath as the ‘bridge to God’.

Indeed, what we call 'holy spirit', derives from the Greek translation of original Aramaic texts, in which a mysterious power, shem (a key root in The Lords Prayer and Biblical Beatitudes of Christ) was defined as Sophia (wisdom).

Breath is vital!

It is the very process by which universal intelligence flows from the mind of God or 'Alaha' into the body-mind itself, here and now. The degree to which we are a living soul, and also the health of our being at all levels, depends on the quality of how well the body breathes.

Trauma in the womb, at birth and during the first formative years, followed by cultural indoctrination that passes the tensions of our parents and ancestors onto us, literally twists the free flow of breath right out of us.

Jayem's in-depth immersion in breath, first through yoga, and then under Jeshua’s guidance, led him to call the specific ways we use breath in the PathWay as Love'sBreath, not ‘breathwork’, and he found in the words of the sufi poet, Rumi, the essence of it:

There is a way of breathing

that is a shame and suffocation.

But there is another, a love's breath,

that opens the soul to Infinity...
