I sit here at my desk, before my keyboard, and attend to ‘first things first.’ I turn my attention toward the body; to come into contact with exactly the sensations and feeling of how things are, now. This already begins to disengage awareness from the ‘tiny fenced off part of the mind’ that chatters, thinks, and is linked to the identity AS the body, and its inherent biological fear.

The most important aspect of this first step of Presencing is also the third key to the Kingdom: allowance. It is direct practice (and can be done a thousand times a day] in actually allowing what is, not by thinking about, but by what I refer to as ‘feeling-communion’, an intimacy with what is, without recoil or judgement. The opposite of judgement is, of course, Love, and so this first step – easy for everyone – IS the choice for Love.

Then, I let go of all unnecessary tensions, melting, furthering and deepening feeling-communion and allowance. Now, I’m ready. For what? To contact via feeling-communion, the breath itself. To become one with it, and thus, to move toward Oneness in it.

I relax my deep and lowest part of my abdomen, and desire that the in-breath fill it like a balloon, and let it roll over into the exhale. Ten such LovesBreaths later, I notice a much deeper ‘falling’ into centeredness, relaxed, present’ breath itself begins to effortlessly flow. I feel it tingle every cell of the body. Now, I can feel the ‘sweetness’/joy/delight within the breath; and then, I see and feel the Light within the sweetness. The Light of Life, the shem (Aramaic) for the shimmering light of the life of all Creation, that which streams from God ceaselessly, and is what is actually what is alive within me.

Now, I add the simple prayer He gave me when all this began, asking that I ALWAYS do it preparing for communion with Him. In the Name is now a powerful meditation CD everyone can utilize; it WILL deepen communion with Him, with the Lineage, and with God. It activates subtle frequencies that ‘wire’ or connect me with Him, while attuning the body, like a tuning fork, to our Communion.

Now, as the world fades away in this Communion, I invite Him, and the Christ Council, to abide with me, to bring their Presence into this sacred vortex of the OnLine Ashram; a creation devoted to one single purpose: healing Separation in the “Sonship”, awakening Christ Mind in all being ready to allow the journey, or to delight in deepening it!

Now, He is here. I see him with inner eye, and feel his unique presence, as every spark of Soul has its own unique ‘signature’. And, I feel them, the Council of Beings/masters encircling not just me, but this vortex, and thus encircling you.

Having read the above, now its your turn. Stop here, and follow the same steps.

a. Presence to what you feel/notice as sensation in the body, without resistance.

b. Presence the breath, and desire that it flow deeply, and begin that. Give it at least 10 full, deep, fluid breaths, or more! Until you notice a deeper letting go.

c. Start the prayer:

In the Name of the Father, In the Name of the Son, In the Name of the Holy Spirit-Sopha-Shem, In the Name of the LORD, Christ I AM. One good full LovesBreath, and repeat it. Dont think about it, allow whatever occurs, letting the prayer flow in the presence of Breath. {If you don’t know what all those terms of the prayer mean, don’t worry. It’s mystical depth is on the CD, and it is one of two things I recommend if you are sincere in wanting to quicken your journey!}

d. Do the prayer at least three times...or more, if you want....

e. Let Him, and them, know you are ready, invite Him, and them, to abide with you. Again, don’t think about it, relax, and you may feel, or begin to feel, what is occurring at subtle levels. Trust your seeing, your inner sense. For you are most certainly not alone.

f. Be aware of all the friends of the heart with you in this Circle, this vortex. And send your gratitude to them.

Now, we can go on, together. {You may want to print out these instructions, for practice whenever you want to! And to ALWAYS ‘step into the vortex’ of the OLA in this way.}
