About Downloads

Please note that if you have ordered a download from our online store, once your payment has been processed it will be available attached to your order as shown under Your Account

Simply visit Your Account (requires your store login with your email address and password created on checkout) and click on the order that holds your download, and your files will be listed there for access.

Downloads are usually available for 7 days after purchase, and then for 3 attempts to download only, but if you run into problems, please contact us for a download reset.

Please note:

• If you have paid by PayPal, your download will be available immediately
• If you have selected offline credit card payments, then your download will become available once we have processed your credit card manually, and we will send you an email from the store notifying you of the update to your order.

(Depending on the current method payments we present for you, offline processing may not be available at any given time.)
